You start the conversation. The number on this site, 843-261-5780, is there for you to text a photo of your headlights. When you do, that message is your consent to be texted back — I don't buy lists and I don't message people who haven't contacted me first.
What you'll get are one-to-one replies from Dane: a price for the job, scheduling, a confirmation of when he's coming, and your before-and-after photos when it's done. No promotional blasts, no drip sequences.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and the contents of text messages are not sold, rented, or passed to advertisers. The only parties who touch them are the service providers that carry the messages, described below.
Reply STOP at any time and the messages end. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the conversation.
Calls to 843-261-5780 are recorded, and you hear a notice saying so before the recording starts. If you'd rather not be recorded, hang up and text instead — you'll get the same service and it's usually faster anyway.
Recordings are used to keep track of jobs and quotes and to train technicians. They aren't published, sold, or used for advertising.
The site uses CallRail, a call-tracking and analytics service, which sets a cookie and records how visitors arrive — the page you landed on, the site or search that sent you, and general location. It's how I know whether anyone is actually finding this site. It doesn't collect your name or address.
There are no ads on this site, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers beyond what's described here.
Service providers that make the business run, and nobody else. Today that means CallRail (calls, texts, recordings and web analytics), the mobile carriers that deliver your messages, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Each handles the data only to provide that service.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, your information isn't shared, and it is never sold.
This site isn't directed at children and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
